Craig R. Gugger is a graduate of Villanova University School of Law and of Boston College. His practice is primarily concentrated in the areas of real estate and corporate law including residential and commercial real estate development, residential and commerical leases, land use regulations, zoning and permitting, real estate finance, contract negotiation, government and administrative law and conveyancing, organizing and financing new entitites, and the preparation of trademark applications.
Mr. Gugger is a member of the Real Estate Bar Association for Massachusetts and the Massachusetts Bar Association.
