David M. Lipshutz
David M. Lipshutz is a cum laude graduate of Suffolk University School of Law and of Clark University. He subsequently received his L.L.M. in taxation from the Boston University School of Law Graduate Tax Program in 1990. A founding member of Seegel Lipshutz & Wilchins, his practice is concentrated in the areas of estate planning, charitable planned giving, trust and estate administration, elder law and long-term care planning, corporate law, franchise law, real estate and taxation. He acts as counsel to numerous organizations such as Hebrew SeniorLife and Children's Hospital Boston. He has also served on the Massachusetts Bar Association's Tax Counsel and as publications vice chairman of the Elder Law Committee of the American Bar Association.
In addition to his membership in the Massachusetts Bar, he is a member of the Pennsylvania Bar, the United States Tax Court and the American Bar Association.
