Michael J. Glazerman
Michael J. Glazerman is a graduate of Princeton University and Harvard Law School. Mr. Glazerman concentrates his practice in the area of Real Estate. Prior to joining the Firm, Mr. Glazerman was a Partner and a Senior Counsel with the Law Firm of Burns & Levinson LLP where he focused his practice in commercial real estate development and commercial leasing. He is also experienced in negotiating and preparing construction documentation, including construction contracts and design professional contracts.
From 1988 to 1998, Mr. Glazerman held various committee chairs in the Commercial Leasing Group of the ABA's Real Property, Trust & Estates Section including as Chairman of the Office Leasing Committee. He also served as member of the Construction and Design Committee of that Section. He has lectured on commercial leasing issues in various national law forums sponsored by the ABA, and authored several articles, including “Asbestos in Commercial Buildings”, published in the Real Property, Probate & Trust Journal. Since 2005, Mr. Glazerman has served on the governing council for the ABA Real Estate, Trust & Estates Section. Mr. Glazerman has been on the Editorial Board of Probate & Property since 1998, serving as Real Estate Articles Editor from 2001 to 2008.
Mr. Glazerman is a member of the American Bar Association and the Boston Bar Association. He was honored as a Massachusetts Super Lawyer in 2004.
