Molly Cochran
Molly Cochran is a graduate of the University of Dayton School of Law and of the University of Dayton. She also holds a master's degree in English from Boston University.
Ms. Cochran concentrates her practice in civil litigation and employment law. After practicing commercial litigation for several years with Bingham, Dana & Gould (now Bingham McCutchen) and Sullivan & Worcester, Ms. Cochran served as general counsel for a national network of nonprofit organizations. Her litigation experience includes employment matters, will contests, insurance coverage disputes, contract disputes, legal malpractice claims, civil rights claims, environmental claims and zoning matters. She has tried cases in the federal and state courts, before arbitration panels and before the Massachusetts Commission Against Discrimination.
Ms. Cochran is a member of the Labor and Employment Law Section of the Boston Bar Association.
