Richard L. Seegel
Richard L. Seegel is a graduate — and Stone Scholar — of Columbia University School of Law and of Cornell University. He started the firm in 1984 and concentrates his practice in the areas of real estate, zoning and permitting. Formerly a partner in Donahue, Seegel & Gordon, Mr. Seegel also spent five years in the lumber and building materials business.
A Wellesley resident for more than 30 years, Mr. Seegel is active in town government, where he currently serves as chairman of the Zoning Board of Appeals. In the past, he has been a member of the Advisory Committee, chairman of the Board of Public Works, and chairman of the Town Government Study Committee. He was also a contributing editor to the New England Real Estate Journal.
