Sherman H. Starr Jr.
Sherman (Sandy) H. Starr, Jr. is a graduate of Boston College Law School and of Brown University. He concentrates his practice in real estate and business transactions including real estate acquisitions and sales, real estate development, commercial leasing, real estate and asset based lending, business formation and transactions, workouts, conveyancing and title insurance. He represents buyers, sellers, lenders, borrowers, landlords, tenants and corporations throughout the Boston and New England area. He is an agent for Lawyers Title Insurance Company and First American Title Insurance Company.
Mr. Starr is a member of the Real Estate Bar Association for Massachusetts ("REBA") and the REBA leasing committee. He is a member of the Temple Israel Finance Committee, a former director of the Jewish Community Centers of Greater Boston, Inc. and a current member of their Community Leadership Counsel. He is also a river tester for the Charles River Watershed Association and a coach for Cambridge Youth Soccer.
