Stephen N. Wilchins is a graduate of Suffolk University Law School as well as a certified public accountant. He concentrates his practice in the fields of business and estate planning; counseling business owners and their families on a variety of corporate and personal matters including general corporate matters, transfer of business interests from one generation to another, and estate and succession planning.

Mr. Wilchins was selected as one of the top 100 trust and estate attorneys in the United States by the Robb Report and Worth magazine. He was also selected as a 2004 Massachusetts SuperLawyer in estate planning, which is based on a survey of Massachusetts attorneys and reviewed by an independent blue ribbon panel.

Mr. Wilchins recently served as the president and continues as a member of the Board of Governors of Kernwood Country Club in Salem, MA. In addition, he serves on the Board of Visitors for the Boston Center of the Arts and is a former trustee of Boston University Medical Center Hospital, where he chaired the Audit Committee.

Mr. Wilchins is a frequent speaker in the areas of estate planning and business succession and he is an active member of the Massachusetts and American Bar Associations and the Boston Estate Planning Council.
