Susan Donaldson Novins
Susan Donaldson Novins is an AV-rated attorney and a graduate of the Boston University School of Law and of the University of Massachusetts Amherst. She concentrates her practice in the areas of commercial and general litigation, medical malpractice, employment law and litigation and general corporate law.
Prior to joining Seegel Lipshutz & Wilchins, Ms. Novins was general counsel of The First Years Inc., and Safety 1st, Inc., two publicly traded consumer product companies where she was responsible for all litigation, regulatory compliance, contract and licensing negotiation and drafting, and advising the board of directors. Ms. Novins’ background also includes practice at the Boston law firm Cornell & Gollub, where she specialized in complex multi-party tort litigation, representing major auto manufacturers and insurers.
Ms. Novins has trial and appellate experience in the District, Superior & Federal Courts of Massachusetts, and she is admitted to practice in both the state and federal courts of Massachusetts.
