Eric B. Goldberg is a graduate of Suffolk University Law School and of Brandeis University. He practices in the areas of business and commercial litigation, zoning disputes, and litigation involving commercial and residential real estate. He also advises clients on issues relating to protection of intellectual property, including trademark and copyright registration and enforcement.

Mr. Goldberg is admitted to the bar in Massachusetts, including the United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts and the United States Court of Appeals for the First Circuit. He is appointed to the Zoning Board of Appeals in Wayland, MA.
