Patricia Keane Martin is a graduate of Suffolk University Law School and of William Smith College. She concentrates her practice in the areas of estate planning, elder law, and trust and estate administration. As part of her elder law practice, she regularly advises clients in matters concerning long-term-care planning, guardianships and conservatorships. Ms. Keane Martin also has extensive experience in advising family-owned and other closely held businesses in a wide range of business law matters, as well as real estate law.

Ms. Keane Martin is a frequent lecturer for Massachusetts Continuing Legal Education and an instructor of law at Northeastern University. She is a member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys and an active member (and past-president) of Mansfield Women of Today, a community service organization.
