Imelda Monaghan is a cum laude graduate of Suffolk University School of Law, where she was a member of the Moot Court Board, and of Georgetown University. She subsequently received her L.L.M. in taxation from Boston University School of Law. Her practice is primarily concentrated in the areas of estate planning, trust and estate administration, tax, business succession planning, charitable planning, probate and corporate law. Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Monaghan was an associate in the Trusts and Estates Department of Hutchins, Wheeler & Dittmar LLP (now Nixon Peabody LLP) and Holland & Knight LLP.
