Linda A. Ouellette is a magna cum laude graduate of Boston College Law School and a summa cum laude graduate of St. Anselm College. While at Boston College Law School, Ms. Ouellette served as managing editor of the Boston College Law Review and she was elected to the Order of the Coif and Alpha Sigma Nu.
Ms. Ouellette concentrates her practice in the area of domestic relations, leading the firm’s domestic relations practice area. Her background includes practice at Hale & Dorr LLP, where she specialized in general and commercial litigation, and the Middlesex County District Attorney's Office, where she gained extensive jury and non-jury trial experience prosecuting criminal matters.
Ms. Ouellette began her concentration in domestic relations at Warner & Stackpole, where she was elected to partnership. She later joined the law firm of Atwood & Cheny as a partner, and then formed the law firm of Heller, Levin, Seksay & Ouellette in Boston. In 1999, Ms. Ouellette joined the law firm of Casner & Edwards as a partner, concentrating her practice in domestic relations.
Ms. Ouellette is co-chair of MCLE's Family Law Curriculum Committee and is a frequent lecturer for MCLE and other legal education institutions. She has been a guest lecturer in trial practice and family law at Boston College Law School and Suffolk University Law School, and she has served as a judge of mock trial and moot court competitions at Boston College Law School and Boston University Law School.
