Corporate Commercial Financing, Debt and Equity We represent individual and institutional borrowers and lenders in transactions ranging from the simple to the complex. These transactions, if secured, may involve a wide variety of security devices such as guarantees, stock pledges and security interests in inventory, equipment, accounts receivable, contract rights, intellectual property and real estate. We also advise clients in raising capital from private and institutional sources, including preparation of the related offering materials and assistance in its distribution. In performing these services, we remain mindful that the dealings between our clients and their opposite parties will be ongoing, and we seek to provide counsel in a manner that not only protects our clients’ interests, but also preserves their valuable business relationships.
