Litigation SLW’s litigation department is a major area of practice at the firm. Our litigators have represented clients in cases involving complex business transactions, breach of contract, employment, unfair competition, land use and zoning, partnership disputes, business torts, business agreements, real estate, insurance coverage, complex person injury, medical malpractice, securities and construction, among many others. We handle jury and non-jury trials in both the federal and state courts. In addition, our litigators routinely handle arbitration proceedings before the National Association of Securities Dealers, The New York Stock Exchange and the American Arbitration Association.
